The opportunities are available in California, Massachusetts, Illinois, Iowa, and Texas.
There are two main types of programs opening:
- Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV): These vouchers let you choose where you want to live, as long as the landlord accepts Section 8.
- Project-Based Vouchers (PBV): These vouchers are tied to specific apartment buildings or properties.
